@SimplisticBeing Figured it out. My TV auto sets to 16:9 with new resolutions or new fullscreen programs (basically it has memory for fullscreen programs). Changed it to Screen Fit (as I always use this) and it fits perfectly. Now to understand why installs get the "must run under Microsoft Windows" message and others don't. Thanks for this. Much better working in fullscreen.

as i see, you have the same problem, it doen´t stay complete full, there are two black boxs in left and right, i´snt there a solution?
