@justicecarly He is undocumented because he was brought over as a child. I know all about e verify. Alot of people in the hispanic immigrant community work in restaurants, hotels, contractors doing construction and so forth.Alot of these places do not use e verify. Most people in this community have fake socials with card to match. Since i live in this community i think I know much more than you regarding this particular subject. I look at his paycheck stubs and he uses ss to pay child support

@justicecarly TheyPAY income taxes. I would know I am black American married to one. As long as your provide a social fake or real, your employer takes a percentage of your income as federal income tax and other taxes. My husband has paid over 35,000 dollars to this country that he will never see. Open your eyes and get out and investigate the matter and talk to people. Most need a socail or what looks like a social to gain employment even in the kitchen.

A 32 pound bucket of tomatoes cost $79.63 at the supermarket. The farmworker who picked that bucket was paid, on average, $.50 for that bucket. 50 divided by 79.63 equals, rounding up, 0.0063. That means that farmworkers earn roughly one half of one percent (0.63%) of the final price of a pound of tomatoes at the checkout counter. 99.5% of the final price of tomatoes goes to everyone else in the supply chain, with the lion's share going to the corporate supermarket, like Publix or WalMart.

Everything you say up to 3:11 in the video is right on. Once you start getting to the part of wages, working conditions and prices of food, however, you gotta start digging a little deeper. Start asking, who is paying poverty wages to farmworkers and who is getting the profits? Growers pay .35-.45 per 32 pound bucket of tomatoes. Yet tomatoes are sold for around $2 a pound at the store. Where is all of that profit going?

@justicecarly by the way the illegals that use fake ss numbers easily outnumber those that work under the table so again your point is useless/ finaly you need to open your eyes and see the truth everybody pays taxes one way or another even though they dont pay their fair share they still pay taxes if we only could come up with a solution to keep them from receiving benefits/ if they didnt benefit greedy employers they wouldnt get hired as simple as that/ so dont just blame them either

@justicecarly you truly are dumb/ read my comments again i agree with you that they take advantage of the system my personal opinion is we need to fix our systems cuz they do get taken avantage of/ welfare medi care etc are broken they need to be fixed/ 2nd who ever said hispanics are the only illegals that take advantage huh i had an asian girlfriend who use to get welfare and food stamps along with medi care(along with most of her family) and guess what they were more than well off/
