SnowTrekker in the US sells them. You can order from their website, along with stoves for the tents. They come in several sizes and styles and they take custom orders.

Thanks for posting this. It's been a while since I've watched it. I'm a cold camper myself (in igloos), but I hope to buy a Snowtrekker hot tent like the one Mears is using when I can afford one to try my hand at hot-tenting.
