i did not know that kemet was black, all that history is black history, i fell good about myself knowing that we have a country besides america, maybe i can live in kemet, or become a citizen there, now i have a since of belonging in this world, and africa is it, thanks.

CLEOPATRA? Come on now...if Cleopatra was black then so was Alexander the Great. Cleopatra was a common Greek name. Alexander had one cousin and one sister named Cleopatra. And that was 300 years before the birth of Cleopatra of Egypt.

Egypt is technically be on the African continent. But it is a Mediterranean culture, next to North Africa, Europe and the Middle East. It is part of the Fertile Crescent of Caucasoid-Semitic Near Eastern peoples. Egypt is NOT part of "black" Africa, which is separated by the Sahara. Egyptians knew Negroids-- and knew they WEREN'T them. To say Egyptians must be black because Egypt is in Africa--is like saying Pakistanis and Chinese are the same race because both lie on the Asian continent.
