I'm sorry to say this: it's faulty, so please, feel encouraged to learn more, but don't believe, what's said. Examples:
- isometric (cubic) system: no centre of symmetry is necessary. Pointgroup -43m isn't centrosymmetric, two independent 3-folds are sufficient for the cubic system.
- tetragonal: One axis is different in length, yes; but not essentially longer...
- orthorhomic: "at least one 2-fold"? No, sorry, MORE than one 2-fold symmetry is needed ...
