The police intervened in the afternoon with students who were conducting a "painted" against the general library, Joseph M. Lazarus sparking a riot.About 20 students were arrested, including student leader, Adriana Mulero, and the incident had batons and pepper spray on the part of the Police.Several policemen and members of the press were painted after the students throw paint cans.The students demanded the presence of the press during the operation, while the police demanded that journalists remain in the designated perimeter. is this is really what they call "Freedom of Speech??"

Freedom of speech ? i don't think vandalizing private property can be seen as freedom of speech.if you want to do graffity go ahead and do it in your residence don't be disturbing the peace and vandalizing properties and calling it freedom of speech. And people who knows about law enforcement can tell you that to handcuff a person that is resisting an arrest can take up to 3 officers to affect the arrest , people can exercise there rights to demostrate , but to do it in an orderly manner.
