Grand Piano app built with Expression Blend and Visual Studio 2010. Running on Silverlight and some XNA Audio extensions. I really need a dev phone to test these and other games! More at www.wrongwaygames.com

  • Very nice. Are Silverlight and Visual Basic the only supported languages? Can apps be written for the WP7 in C Sharp?

  • @ZacharyGretzinger

You actually can't use VB, just C#. So go for it :)

  • its funny how some people are saying there wont be enough apps in time and wp7 will fail. lol who cars if there is not a million apps, at least if good quality apps like this keep coming out windows phone wont have anything to worry about. quality over quantity as the say

  • how do make the piano to play more than two notes?

  • nice app i am making drum app can you please tell me how to enable multitouch app?

  • It sounds that you have murderd someone :O

  • @quocthy123 Well I only really have experience in C++ and C# so I'm not too worried about it. I was just confused though because I did download the dev kit for WP7 and when I opened up a tab to write code it only gave me the option to write in Silverlight. The app had a web browser in it though so I'm thinking that's why but I was worried that C# for whatever reason wasn't supported

  • @ZacharyGretzinger VB is supported but i don't think its final yet. You have to download some beta/prerelease version of the developer tools that handles development using VB. Do a quick search online and you'll find it

  • @WrongWayGames Really? I thought it supported VB... Oh well. Thanks a lot though. I tried to use Visual Studio 2010 for Windows Phone but it just confused the hell out of me. Some IDE's are harder to use than the friggin' programming language is lmao. I only saw options to write in Silverlight and a ton of stuff about XMAL . I'll look around though. Thanks again, man
