In Brawl+ It might be a bad Idea making Sonic faster...so instead why not keep the speed of his attacks the same..but making them stronger.

the increased momenum means if u cancel the flash then he goes miles, which isnt a bad thing ;) but then again, he does get raped by warios bite now
