ima tell you from experience , most spots in the south like valley hi, meadowview, gparkway arent slummy, but they definitely are not safe for suckas or outta towners, the real slum like areas is oak park(the mids), fruitridge, elder creek, and pretty much all of the north area (heights, manors, arden, uptown ..etc) . foothill farms aint ghetto wtf, north highlands is borderline ghetto.
