it's not fake it happened in dayton ohio in 2004. the guy was revived by doctors at the hospital. his name is scott tegtmeyer.
it was all over our news.

I was in the 2nd car at the light (turning lane). I called 911. My husband went to see if he could help. The pedestrian did not move and was rushed to the hospital while we spoke with police. This was truly the most horrible thing I've ever seen. None of us are exempt from things like this. It could happen to any one at any time. I'm shocked at how insensitive some people can be. Perhaps it is because they think this is fake...it isn't. This is REAL and every person there was forever changed.
