I bought this pack, and I find it to be fairly nice for the price, except the material is a bit thin. I got the subtle green and grey though, i liked the coloring too
I have one that looks like the same thing only it's camo. Mine has Remington on the top cover. I have only used it a couple times, with about 30 lbs in it, but it seems ok. Got it at wally world for $15. I have sewn a strap with fastex buckle ($1.88 from wally world) from one side of the waist belt to the other side going through one of the loops under the handle for compressing the lower half. Got the idea from another pack I have.
I picked one of these up two weeks ago and it let me down. While I was packing it up the collar started to tear at the seam from the bag and the 1st seam of the bag was tearing from the lower pocket on the side. I took it back the same day I bought it.. Maybe mine was just a bad apple.
Hey Tinny, I put 150 miles on it and it worked great! Actually a buddy dared me to outfit completely from Wally World and be under 20lbs and I did!! and the best part... LESS THAN $200!!
i also recently bought this pack and the only major flaw i found was that when i tried to pull down on the waist straps, the buckle broke. If you replace the buckle i would say this would be overnight pack.

I have the same pack, except its camo. The one I have is way too short. When the waist strap is done up, the pack hangs down to low on my back.
