hey girl, lookin good! your death lay is great!! and good work on those handsprings you've come a long way! ....i have postponed some of my invert practice as I seriously need to get mats--way too many falls on the hardwood (ouch!) cant believe pole mats are so hard to find here in the states....posted a practice vid lastnight. keep up the great work!! ~L

@krizb85 oh and i meant to say your TG handspring was brilliant! i really want to do trapeze and aerial hoop, but the times you guys go don't really suit coz i have danny boy, there's a place called spinal cord in glasgow that does it at 1pm on a sunday, so i'll probably go to that one! I'll see what i can do. Well send me a txt when ur free and we'll arrange a pole jam! look forward to seeing you soon! xx
