i dont know, i'm not convinced yet. Everytime i see john loose, which is like a whole 3 times, wanna say hes not 100%. That may be the case in this video.

Yeah they are supposed to have a rematch at an event taking place in Turkey from July 31 - August 2nd (not confirmed yet but just about). John's not at his prime now but he's in better shape than he was last year (the month before losing to Devon, Rob Vigeant beat him in an overall and Tom Nelson beat him lefty. Last month John beat Tom Nelson left handed not easily but it wasn't too hard and nobody has touched him righty since Devon).

@q8shiaprince After just seeing Larratt beat Bagent 3-0 with the right with no effort at all, I think Cyplenkov would struggle against Larratt, just my opinion. Hopefully the two meet soon.

only really way to find out is to see john @ 230+lbs full strength vs current devon..john is still healing from back surgery, so u wont see him @ 100% anytime soon..maybe by the end of 2010 if not somewhere 2011 a brand new john will emerge

In 2004 Larratt was a lot weaker and newer to the sport, he has definitely gained a lot of strength since then (and gained 20+ lbs.) and when did he talk trash? He admitted John was not 100%... doesn't matter Devon still beat him and therefor was #1 at that time, and still has the #1 spot until dethroned. Put yourself in Devon's shoes and try to be a bit more respectful.

devon is juz one of a few that have the say of beating john... but in reality he will never be as great as brzenk.. john juz needs wake up calls every once in a while.. wait till they pull again!!!! devon will only know that he woke up a giant
