and corection gellatin and gulaman is different, [GULAMAN] is from sea weed, [GELLATIN] is from animals like the gellatinous thing you see in bulalo, just sharing my knowledge to others ^-^

its almost buko salad hehehe, but ur creative on adding nata, its nicer to add small tapioca and add some macapuno ice cream to make it richer

Te Jen, anong klasing cheese po ba yong ginamit mo? At saan po naman makita yong pandan leaves sa frozen section sa grocery po ba? Maraming salamat sa pag uplod ng VID.

Hi shandy,
Kahit anong cheese pde, magnolia cheese yta ginamit ko dyan. Sa traditional market ko nabili yung pandan leaves. pag wala kahit yung gelly powder na pandan flavor na lang ang bilhin mo sa grocery. Thanks & GB

Hi debbie, yup. dami namin niluto ni FT. halos namaos na rin ako nung time na yan dahil sa kakulitan ni Ax. Inuulit nya sinasabi ko lalo na embutido recipe. hahaha tlgang mahiyain c kuya Justin at c Ax super bibo naman. Thanks & ngats
