NHS Pilot - Associate Agreement from CODE

The new NHS pilots are underway and these will lead to a new NHS contract for dentists. CODE has produced the first Provider Performer agreement for the NHS Pilots. This is a fixed term agreement, it is a variation because and the associate (performer) should also have a standard Provider Performer Agreement.
