This just looks wrong. Camera men standing right along side of the lane, and mulling around in the sette area, and on the approaches.Looks like alot of needless distraction. Do you guys run into this type of situation often ?

@Nelvin78 No, not often. I had no association with the camera crew you see. Actually they were gone for part of the final and wasn't recorded. Most big tournaments don't have these types of distractions. I couldn't really move or anything, I had one camera stationary, and the other camera was just in my hand as I zoomed in and out and tried to capture shots from my sitting position without moving. We're not even sure if anything was done with their footage!

Just as a side note, there are quite a few bowling vids on youtube on a variety of channels. One reason I watch is to see those clean perfectly executed shots. Its rare to see one though, because the bowlers step out of their release and walk into the camera angle and all we see if the back of their shirt. Id really like to see Tommy stick his release just once so I can see his ball reaction on the lanes. I notice that the pro's and even the Team USA bowlers dont stick their release anymore.

I'll tell you this, that was one well fought match between both. I just wish the PBA tour on television was just as competitive as this. I know it is, but I just don't follow that World Series of Bowling stuff like the older days of the tour.
