love the ending. :)

You're a pretty good actor TJ. I'm impressed.

@johnmarccarr Did you even listen to the whole thing?
He clearly says at the end "Ha, I made that whole fuckin' story up, Happy Halloween"

Being a ghost investigator, I've had to deal with "Atheists" who would badger me with questions, getting to try to make me say something that they can disprove. I'm so glad you've had this experience. To make contact with your father for the last time (or who knows) is the best way teach Atheists that there is something after life. Now, as for me, we tuse science to try to find them and come up with theories of why we are experiencing by video, audio (EVP) and photo.

Ghost stories for atheists. Love it.

It would make sense for an Atheist not to believe in Ghosts, as for me. I can't prove it, some of my family says that they have seen them. But again, i'll have to meet one first

depending on what it was, it might be that you didn't saw well and created the rest of the image (the brain often try to do that like in an easy connect the dot image where the brain can see the image without having to draw anything).
and sometimes, the brain cannot differentiate a memory from a reconstruction based on someone else's testimony. There was a time when me and my bro argued over whom of us had a certain experience because he reconstructed my story in his head.
memory is overrated...

@ErgoProxy12345 - Even the electromagnetic explanation falls short since one involves the moving an object that is not metallic and too heavy to be moved by gusts of wind or rapid temperature change (air pressure). No seismic activity either.

@ErgoProxy12345 - That's true and I've considered that possibility a million times. In fact, I mostly HOPE that is the explanation, but unfortunately that's not particularly plausible in my case. In one of the experiences I was pretty happy and chill, not stressed out at all. In a couple of others they were shared experiences between me and other people who saw or heard the exact same thing. I can't think of a rational explanation for shared experiences other than something electromagnetic.
So good! It was perfect! The casual way you tell the story, mixed with just a little dramatic ambience left me with shivers down the spine and a thumping heartbeat. The bit about being watched through a window was so utterly perfectly executed that I could feel my eyes starting to tear slightly from the quiet paranoia blooming in me while I remembered exactly where the nearest window was, and I couldn't bear to look at it. This video took full advantage of me being alone in the dark tonight.
