This is a sample machining program done on the IM-42 Robo. The IM-42 and IM-60 Robo is a modified version of the IM series by adding a loading and unloading robot for unmanned chucking operation. The integrated robot requires no addition space and it is positioned to not hinder the machine operator while setting the machine. Adding a fully integrated high speed and high precision 6-axis robot with 88 programs available, the IM lathe becomes a perfect automated lathe machine capable of handling workpieces up to 6kg such as billets, castings, and forgings.
