Update on the working Solarsheat Panel now that I have a few days of sunshine. March 5 2010.
The heat generated had gotten up to 110 degrees Fahrenheit. The main heating is by natural gas. so it is nice to see the furnace does not come on during the bright sunny day.

  • The solarsheet now one year old.

The fan is one high setting but is much quieter at low setting.

I have done the math for the total one year and there is a reduction in the combination of Electric and Natural-Gas, that is an overall savings of $444.11.

  • Your green energy system is nice.

  • @trailkeeper

The temp is down to 13 degree F to day so I turned the thermostat on to get some heat from the sunny breaks. The heat took the chill out of the living room area.

  • Is that background noise the sound of the solarsheat's fan?
