I really like this, but I need to have it explained to me a bit more. I think I got the thing about Mr. Chip having a drive. Is this a manifestation of his masculinity? Also, he goes from being surrounded with multimedia to a sort of historical setting (although, his love is in something like a scene from a movie). Perhaps this shows the conflict of instinct/ nature/necessity with projected, media images. But please, a non-cryptic explanation is something I would really appreciate! Thanks!
