This is the third part of our playthrough of the Crystal Cup. (There's five parts btw)
We finish up the match against Bowser Jr. in the first match of the elimination round. Bowser Jr. won't be coming back after this one, as we try to score a few more cheap shots until the match is called.
After Bowser Jr., we enter the final match of the elimination round before the finals and who other then the Italian overweight plumber we all know and love, Mario.
Mario was actually quite a challenge, either that or Thunder Island really makes it difficult for us to play. I ,mean with the harsh gales of Thunder Island it sends cows, tractors, fish, and more at us, it really makes avoiding your opponent a lot more annoying.
I found the 2nd goal to be astonishing on how it was a perfect beeline shot into the goal, no twists and turns, just a straight shot; one of the reasons I bought this game.
After a comeback by Mario with two goals with Boo, the match enters Sudden Death. If you played Brawl, it is a little similar, in the fact that the game can end, hence the name, very suddenly. Sudden Death is basically overtime, where whoever scores the next goal scores a win as well. And I won' spoil the ending, so just wait and see.
On another note, I just learned frame by frame editing, so now those breaks that happened before last for about .07 seconds. Just thought I would share that with you.
If you haven't noticed already, like Mario Kart Wii, the better Power-Ups go to the team that is losing.
Chain Chomps, Starmans, Capt. Specials. While we get banana peels. Lots, and LOTS of Banana Peels.
Where did that tractor come from?
