@slat37 God, that retort is so fucking trite. "I'd like to see you do it better!" Physical ability/dexterity at doing something and the capacity to fairly judge something are not prerequisites for each other. And yeah, I agree with CriticsConfession. The guy embellishes the notes too much and the speed is awfully fast for a song where the narrative centers around a drowning metaphor.

Too fast. Speeding up a tempo changes the emotion, or creates a lack there of. Thats real sadness

And crescendo? Do you even know what that word fucking means? You've clearly never touched formal music in your entire life. inb4 you google it and tell me what the fucking Wiki definition is or a paraphrased version of such.

There is no emotion here and that's what the song is about. You lose.
