Out of the Crisis with a New Leadership: Because of the successful attempts made by some leaders to neutralize the short term impact of the crisis, the opportunities offered by this very crisis to introduce new environmental, economic and financial priorities have not been seized. Most leaders have gone back to their usual operating procedures, neglecting the lessons which could have been drawn from the crisis and privileging the financial demands of but a few stakeholders.They must choose to either keep on navigating aimlessly or instead, to redirect their leadership practices towards the service of Common Good and a more human globalization process.
