I couldn't find any tabs or covers for this song so I watched and listen to live clips and it sounds pretty good, it'd sound even better with the banjo part, I couldn't transpose it right.
verses are A (it doesn't look like he plays it but it sounds good), D
(A) It was like nails on the chalkboard when daddy played his kind of music, if you'd ask me then I'd say it was borderline abusive. (D) but I'm getting to where I don't mind it now, I'm comin' (A) around
I blew out here the next day after graduation, destination anywere with a higher population. (D) never to return to this tiny town, but I'm comin' (A) around
Chorus x2: E, D, F (barred) I'm (E) commin' around I'm figuring out a lot of (D) things I thought I knew (A). I (E) never dreamed I'd be seeing things from (D) this point of view (A) I'm still (F) a little ways from slowing it all the way down (D), but I'm comin' around (A)
Verse 3: (A) I've never been that big on getting up on sunday mornin', and listin to that preacher talk was always kinda borin', (D) I'm still a little more lost than I am found (A), but I'm comin around.
Chorus
