Solar panel laminator construction/setup

This shows the vacuum bag sealed and the vacuum pump removing the air pulling the cells and the EVA down tight to the glass before heating. I used a plastic tubing but next time I will use something that won't collapse when warm air is coming thru it. I didn't have the bag perfectly sealed and had to run the pump while heating and eventully the tube would suck down flat. I had to keep turning the pump on and off. You can see how I used the foam to form the oven. The panel has to be raised off the bottom sheet of foam with some wood. It should be open enough underneath to allow good hot air flow over the glass.
