This ride was way more smooth after the first incident. I was a rides associate for this ride the last year it was running. I rode it atleast 10 times before they shut it down for the year in the middle of the season.

@SuperWatersplash no one died on firehawk. A man died after riding son of beast. He was not killed on the ride though. He complained of chest pains after riding. So Son of Beast is viewed as responsible.
