In this 4 part video, Sarah Key, pre-eminent popular author of books about spinal problems and treater of low back pain, explains how troubles begin with sustained loading of the lumbar segments. The uninterrupted compression forces fluid from the discs and reduces their metabolic rate, which leads to breakdown. In the second half, Sarah takes you through the Pressure Change Therapy routine, using a BackBlock. In addition to the spinal decompression, Sarah shows you -- in real time -- the other two exercises which are vital for ongoing spinal health.
The Sarah Key's method is a concoction of chavutti thirumal - foot/rope massage and Elaine Petrone 's Miracle ball method.
