Why do you have a Cummins sticker on the side of the truck if it has a 7.3 Powerstroke?

If I were you, I would check the glow plugs out - that wasn't a very good start compared with other Ford trucks with 7.3's at the same temp.
It sounds good once it's warmed up, though. Those International Harvesters are good engines.
