Short film I did a few years back at RISD. Narrated by the awesome Jim Spruill.

  • um... wow.^^; That was... *can't find words* But to understate it, it was pretty amazing. Sounds like one of the fairytale gems you randomly find when going through the library.^_^ I liked it. The flowing style you used for the animation added to it too.

  • That was a fantastic and well-crafted story. I certainly hope you have more like these :3

  • This was beautiful and sad! but I giggled so hard after I put the Transcribe Audio on. After the father was eaten and it zooms in on her face the wind blows and Transcribe Audio reads that as its saying alone :) priceless

  • Did you do any other videos....this is so beautiful!

  • That was amazing. The only thing you're missing is the resurrection. :D

  • Wonderful storyboard, the animation style makes it more intricate.

  • Great narrator! I could listen to him for almost ever ...

The film is very nice animated too.

  • wow this is really beautiful and meaningful..

  • Well, it's lovely... But... That's not really how dragons in Asia were looked at. They were bringers of luck, prosperity, they controlled the weather and the river. They weren't evil like western dragons. Also, dragons are always considered immune to their own weapons...

  • That was beautiful! I have no words to describe the awesomness! :)

  • This was my bedtime story tonight. I'll have peaceful dreams.

  • Beautiful work.
