i did this but it wasnt fluffy at all it turned into like silly putty but i like the silly putty better than fluffy so it rocks!!!!! thnx a lot lol

hello! sooo I've seen several variations of making fake frosting.. how does this hold up to water? If I put this on a cell phone case and a get a few drops of rain on it...won't this get sticky? :) Thanks for your help!
