This video shows how I use the Petal Template on the paper sizes I use most often and the size of cards that they hold, the largest can hold a CD or DVD if you follow the simple instructions in the video.

Thank you for doing this! I am going to use this for my birth announcements its simple and best of all free. I have been put on bedrest my pregnancy and it is one less income that we have so this is a life saver. Thank you once again!!! -Lydia

You can find it at the website in the information above, go to the Misc Templates section. You will find 2 versions there, one with and one without the score lines.
and as with everything else on the site, it's free of course :)
