We had to make a Rube Goldberg machine for an Honors Physics project. We decided we wanted to make machine capable of making a smoothie.

It was kind of an awesomely fun project.

The song at the end is "Practice makes Perfect" by Cute is What We Aim For

  • please jessica. my project is way better

  • you wish...

  • Nice project! I've always been addicted to watching these, but I don't know how to make a good one. Can I have some help?

  • It helps to have a goal in mind when you start building the project. It also helps to build the machine in an area where you have a lot of room and supplies to work with.

I always start by deciding upon a task and then drafting out on paper a few ideas on how I could get to that point. It may help to start at the end and work to the beginning.

  • Alright. That's the first Rube Goldberg I've seen on YouTube to incorporate an animal like his cartoons often did.

That just leaves firearms as the only unused class of components. :-)

  • Practice Makes Perfect! That song brings back memories. I have a Rube Goldberg Honors Physics project due a week from today and this video helped me out. I still don't know how I'm going to pull this off though... Oh well, practice makes perfect lol!

  • That car is Something Strange. if they madethat machine should take too long. Do you understand what I mean?

  • I bet the hardest part was to light the match

  • id fuck the girl in black

  • Nice job...

  • I liked the idea of him using a flame a lot, but you used a living creature, which is even cooler! Yours is better than monks lol.

  • Yeah, I have drawn a few out and tested them on a physics game, I've just procrastinated on actually buildin it lol.
