Can I take this and P90X Results and Recovery Formula™?
Yes, but not together! Results and Recovery Formula should only be taken during or after exercise, when you've been exhausting your body's blood sugar. At any other time, Shakeology would be your preferred option.

I have the Magic Bullet and here in Canada it only sold for $35 or $25 USD!! It doesn't come with all the bells and whistles like the bigger blender, just 2 cups, the mixing cup, the mixer. Very convenient!! You've convince me to get the R&R from BB and mix it with my Shakeology!!

I'm glad the video helped. TIP: The BB R&R formula is a little expensive per serving. Grab a cheaper version in my case I use Endurox R4 Tangy orange flavor with Shakeology. Save the R&R for those times when you aren't mixing with Shakeology.
