@WeAreAllBored for you you at least want to bench 135 but you want to get towards 150 always try to bench your weight and a good goal to set is 15 lbs above your weight

Damn, these guys are lifting like Football players. This might not be a question u get often, but for a high schooler, what should your expected bench press be? I'm 5'10 133 lbs. and started lifting 3 weeks ago. I wanna know this because i wanna play football and i need to know where i'm at currently and build on it
