http://Shop.StrongerTeam.com - Regardless of what happens in post season play, the University of Maryland's men's basketball team has had a phenomenal season. Part of their success stems from their off-season strength & conditioning program, where players not only become stronger and more powerful... but get mentally tougher and learn how to compete.

Their strength coach, Paul Ricci, does an excellent job. As you will see in this video, the foundation the players built in the off-season translated directly to their play on the court.

Two of the players in the video are Montrose alumni Adrian Bowie and 2010 ACC Player of the Year Greivis Vasquez. Greivis is far from being the strongest player on the court, but his mental toughness and competitive fire is unmatched!

A special thanks to Coach Ricci for sharing this video.
