I dont give a shit what anyone says Charles is the best new artist of 09'. He been doing his thing for a while but 09' is when alot of people found out about him. Mainstream reports are gonna say Drake is the top rookie, & Im diggin alot of Drakes songs, but I gotta give it to Charles. His production, lyrical content, word play & just over all style is whats missing from hip-hop. People forget about the Native Tongue, Back Pack style artists.
