World Vision Campaign a Success

SAN PEDRO SULA, HONDURAS -- During the 'World Vision Campaign for Children,' we have asked Vancouver Islanders to open their hearts and wallets.

The goal was to find sponsors for 2000 children in need around the world, but March 31st.

Thanks to the generosity of people living here, as of this morning, we have exceeded that goal. 2256 children will now receive a proper education, healthcare and nutrition as well as a chance for a brighter future.

If you are still considering sponsorship, it's not too late. The campaign is officially on until March 31st.
