You can emulate this game on Neo Geo emulators as well as MAME... For example, I have the MVS/AES version on my PSP using a NeoGeo emulator, as well as the CD version using a NeoGeo CD emulator... And the good thing about this particular emulator, is that you can choose to skip the load times.

If you want to try this game out with a controller, and happen to have a Dreamcast, you can play this on your DC by using a NEO4ALL emulator boot disc. Hope this helps. Good video and commentary by the way.
