@ldporter She wasn't abusing what God gave her...she wasn't screaming or singing "too high." Rachel is actually a mezzo soprano. She did a great job and has a degree in Music Business...she was Howard's assistant director...she's also in Howard's music fraternity...so, she knows how to sing and she's singing properly.

@OfficiallyDaQUEEN Naw, I've heard her sing WAY higher and louder than this...she wasn't straining at all...her voice is just this way.

This is absolutely beautiful. Everytime I see this video, it brings chills to my body. I so love this arrangement.

I think that the soloist is very talented but this song drug on for so long that it was hard to stay focused on the message and true meaning especially without an organist....There were certain parts of the song where the vocalist literally gave me chills and I would kill for a voice like hers but everything was really over-exaggerated and she was really straining at the end but her tone is beautiful!
