  • Thank you for your comment. This video is a compilation of the one month TEFL training where program participants are trained to become English teachers. It is purely to showcase what goes on in this month. This is not a video of them teaching in a Chinese school. Our program has two parts; TEFL training and one semester in a Chinese school. It is true it is not one big party and this video does not imply this. Your advice given is a personal experience and is not necessarily true in every case.

  • If you do not like ppl saying the same thing to your country and you are not happy about that, Nozokimidayo, please do respect others, do not be a shame to Japan.

  • My coment is not only based on my own personal experience, it is also based on working in the ESL field over a number of years, in that time I have had the opportunity to compare notes with many many other teachers that are or have worked in Japan. As I said, I still had a good time in Japan despite the difficulties but I think its important to note that there are many unscrupulous schools and businesses that new teachers strongly need to warned about. It is all from good heart, right? Japanese.

  • I taught in Japan and I had a good time but I think another video isn't very helpful for people to get a realistic idea of what to expect. Makes it look like one big party which it definitely isn't. If you read this comment just keep one thing in mind if you go to Japan. There are many schools that will try to rip you off and the people in the shops have a saying. Trimming the fat off foreigners. In other words, because white people are all so amazingly rich it is ok to lie and overcharge.
