WOW! Let's have a party. Some good cook'n going on. Love menudo, chorizo and eggs. I like using pig's feet, the cow's feet are too big and ugly. It is an individual preference, so quit the name calling. Thanks guy's.

there are 4 stomachs in cows .. menudo can be made with all four.. plus cows feet.
panza / toalla / menudo (rumen) ... . the one that looks like a towel,
panal... (omaso) . .. the honeycomb that you mentioned,
libro (abomaso) .. looks like pages on a book,
cuajo (reticulo) ... looks kind of dark, its the monogastric stomach, thats where they take the cuajo culture to make cheeese.
