One thing I can say for Chairwoman Livingston is she adhered to our Constitution and faced her accusers, while Chairman Bigboy filed injunctions in Tribal Court to PREVENT our Constitution from effectively protecting our rights as citizens of Bad River. Secret poll votes, embezzled monies, criminalizing free speech and our right to assemble is hardly the lesser of the two evils. Was there really a choice here? Come on, this isn't rocket science.

Often times people misconstrue this movement as being supportive of the recalled Chairwoman. That isn't the case here. What we are supporting is the adherence of our Constitution. Without our Constitution we would have chaos and our people's rights are left unprotected.

I think people chose the lesser of two evils. The afforementioned opposing and ultimately winning side (I have enough decency not to post full or last names on the web, as that is just rude) was just way less corrupt that the person who lost, but still corrupt nonetheless. I have sold out nobody, i was given two choices and picked the one which was not as bad. the original "majority" show of hands when loretta shouted "majority rules the people have spoken" then ajourned the meeting and fled was not shown in this video. conveniently this happened about 30 seconds before the start of this clip. eyewitness accounts verrify that it was not a majority show of hands for the vote loretta took,and she never asked for a show of hands for the opposing question. she asked for one show of hands regaurdless of the tally she said "majority rules" and bolted.
