This bag at this time was filled with water, and actually had a crack in the base. When hitting these you have to watch your power. You can get a good workout while still hitting it with decent shots as lonng as you just control your movements.

Thanks for the encouragement. The bad thing about the bag is that it does not hit back, so sometimes simple stuff like dropping your hands happens. But yeah you right and thanks.
