I used to read about this style in Black Belt magazine back in the '80s and really wanted to learn it then. From what little I've seen, I have to say I'm not impressed.

That's a slowmotion demonstration, defender is sliding back while attaker moves foreward.( Nobody is blocking punches with the head ;-) )
