Written by famed auto editor Brock Yates and produced by Hal Needham, the hit film Cannonball Run was inspired by a coast-to-coast road race, which Yates organized during the early 1970s. The sexy Adrienne Barbeau and Tara Buckman, who attempted to avoid the long arm of the law, famously drove this iconic 1979 Lamborghini Countach LP400S in the film. After the wrap, the Countach was purchased directly from the movie set by its current owner, who used it extensively in Hawaiian Tropic ads. Today, this exotic 1980s icon is fully serviced, and retains its original black finish. RM Auctions is pleased to present this car, along with hundreds of others at its Collector Cars of Fort Lauderdale event to be held February 6-8 at the Greater Fort Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center in sunny Fort Lauderdale, FL. I was only like seven when I seen this movie and I wanted to lick both women out those jump suits and then force my young prick up their tailpipes

I get just as big a boner looking at that car as I did looking at Adrienne Barbeau unzip her jump suit in the movie.

@mramo Back in those days it was MUCH easier to get a hold of 100 TransAm's vs 100 Countach's LOL.

If Glen Larsen was a clever man, he would have used this black Lamborghini Countach instead of a shitty Trans-Am for a Knightrider KITT !
