  • Cool sond and video and outstanding Hawaii shirts, too! .-)

  • Epic song and vid...it must be a misunderstanding...lol

  • This is how the song and video was pitched originally...they pitched it slower on the cd and the quality sucks..it isn't sourced from the original tapes either...

  • @EtemTatar Haaaa!!! I appreciate that, but I'm someone that you'll never find in a genius classroom! I really don't know why the tempo was a bit faster, but it seems different from the actual version. My favorite disc jockey of all time is Dan Ingram on the legendary WABC in New York...he pretty much blew the whistle on the tricks that hit radio stations would do to fit all their promos & commercials while also giving the songs a livelier rhythm. Dan was a REAL genius!

  • @Bentom86 Wow. How the hell did you know that. You must be a genius. (Not Sarcasm, I'm serious.)

  • @EtemTatar Even back to when it was brand new, the "Misunderstanding" video always did have a slightly faster or higher pitch than the recording, so did a few other videos from that time when MTV began (this was a year sooner). Top 40 stations always sped up a record slightly to give it a faster beat and to keep the traffic of hits flowing to meet time demands. Don't know if that explains what happened here, but it sounds that way. I love this in ANY speed!

  • I like this song a semi-tone up (as in this video) better than the original...

  • Collins has to bring back his beardo look

  • @tbrayboy20 no misunderstanding that

  • anyone else notice that the beginning of the video is the exact same as the end
