Tia Dae Audition for BSF 2011

Hey Budwiser Superfest! I'm Tia Dae an underground Artist/Entertainer with over 15yrs exp. I chose this audition piece because I believe in my heart this is my One Last Try with auditioning, lol and pushing to break through in this industry because I've been at this for yrs and it can really get you down with not making it big, and being a single mom prevented me from really fulfilling my dreams because now I have kids who have dreams and it's not about me anymore! Loosing my fiance' tragically in 2005 was a major blow. I had to really rely first on GOD, because now I was facing the harsh realities of life. Since his death, life has really been a challenge for me. All kinds of ups & downs...you know life, but GOD has kept me and has promoted me with favor even through my adversity and I believe in my heart that this time I'm ready to move forward in my career on many different levels. I believe that it's truly my time to shine and be heard by the world. GOD blessed me with VOICE...no training, no nothing...just VOICE! My track record is written proof and since the age of 5...I've been singing my heart out...always blowing note after note, but most importantly I entertained my crowds by way of not just singing, but giving a show and then my acting skills are a true sign of favor! I'm the 2008 Winner of the Billie Holiday Vocal Competition in Bmore, Md, 2008 Winner Best R&B Artist Velocity Award, 2009 Winner of the WPGC 95.5 radio station National Anthem contest to open for Wizards game, 2010 Best Supporting Actress for "Anacostia" Web Series LA Web Film Fest, 2 time performer @ the prestigious Blues Alley in Washington DC 07&09 and many other accomplishments!
