I'm 32 years old. When I was in juniour high school I seen a girl walk through the hallway everyday whom was a survivor of polio. Her knees and hips where locked in a position favoring child bearing. Her parents practiced "Christian Science"....BASICALLY PRAYER!!!

Well, I just had a 4 day weekend with too much free time and nothing to do. I've had periods where I was just too busy to make any. Wait 'till the end of this semester, I might be "gone" for a week or so during exam time.

I would just like to say that those stories about people dying because of a refusal to get medical

help are very sad and disturbing.

But the thing is if you really believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, God,

then you would take your kids to the doctor and care for them knowing

that God has put those doctors in your childs life to care for them as well.

Prayer is a strong tool. God does heal and I can tell your about and

show you about a million cases of Jesus Christ performing miracles through

the prayers and lives of believers.

I am an evangalist and a follower of Christ. I'm not going to say I am a

Evangelical Christian even though I go to an evangelical church. You know

why? Because TRUELY following Jesus IS NOT A RELIGION.

Jahovas Witnesses do not believe in the true God or the true Bible as was preserved from the days of Moses through the beginning of A.D. till now. Therefore they are praying to a foreign god that does not exist.

I agree, I was simply arguing though these parents are bad because they are incompetent, they are not nearly as bad as the parents who fuck over their kids future for their own personal gain. Both parents should have their custody removed.

True, but in their own minds they are doing the right thing. What we are talking about is intent, not results. These people actually feel like they are helping their kids, even though their stupidity is counter productive to what they are trying to achieve.
