This is when villians are dumb, the spell took a whole minute and all he could do was say "The spell ..." then get his ass kicked hard later.
Then again, what am I complaining about -this makes heroing much easier.

Wow, you sure have the determination to learn it. I could barely hear what she said. All I could find on the internet were the translations. If the 'lyrics' were available, that would be nice.

This scene is a video clip of Miaka, the priestess of Suzaku chanting the Suzaku Summoning Spell in the anime Fushigi Yuugi. It was spoken in episode 52, the last episode. It is used to summon the God Suzaku to defeat the God Seiryuu. Hope this short description answers your question.
