JillFit Physiques trainer and natural figure competitor Tara Ballard goes through a leg circuit in preparation for her October competition. She spent last Winter/Spring add muscle size to her legs and is now working to bring out more definition and cuts. This is a Metabolic Effect style circuit, using moderate weights, plyometrics, moving quickly, and inducing failure.
