LOL @ the earrings! I always wear diamond studs to the gym even my 6 a.m. spin class. Speaking of spinning...I started spin about 4 months ago and I love it. Do the spin shoes help with muscle target/definition? I've been debating whether or not I should get a pair. Thank you!

@NYCStyleChica LOL! I'm the same!! (: I love my spinning shoes... yes, I think they do help with the muscles... they also help you to use the right muscles when on the bike and not over work other muscles... def. recommend them! (: xx
